Maritime Festival’s Family Fun Day
NMTA boat dealers are invited by the Seattle Maritime
Festival to display boats at the Maritime Festival’s Family Fun Day in Lake
Union Park on Saturday, May 9 – at no cost to dealers!
Lake Union Park, home to the Museum of History &
Industry and the Center for Wooden Boats, is the historic waterfront setting
for the festival’s lineup of popular maritime activities, which include booth
exhibits, historic vessel tours, a boat building competition, Lake Union/Ship
Canal boat rides, live music, a food and beer garden, and a long list of kid
friendly activities.
The event will be well promoted with over $30,000 of
advertising through KING 5, KIRO Radio and the Seattle Times.
As many as 10,000 people are expected to attend this FREE
Family Fun Day and the event organizers have offered to include NMTA boat
dealers at no cost!
Display space is on land and will accommodate approximately
20 boats depending on boat size and number of exhibitors. Assigned display size
will depend on dealer demand. If you are interested in participating, please
