There is strong demand for the 2010 Seattle Boat Show and we are signing up new exhibitors on a daily basis. As of today the NMTA has received 321 applications with a 50% deposit for the 2010 Seattle Boat Show. You can go to http://www.seattleboatshow.com/ for the exhibitor list. (We update the list every Friday, which will reflect the increase to 321 exhibitors).
Last week the NMTA Board of Trustees and the Boat Show Committee determined to make the following one-time, this year only, adjustments to the 2010 Seattle Boat Show space rental rates and application dates:
On or before August 31, 2009:
Application Fee: $265 Rate: $6.45
On or before October 16, 2009:
Application Fee: $365 Rate: $6.95
On or after October 17, 2009:
Application Fee: $365 Rate: $8.20
This decision was made in order to provide a gradual transition into the full late rate ($8.20/SqFt) for our members that have expressed an interest in displaying in the show, but have not been able to make the deadline for various reasons. At the same time, we want to be fair to the NMTA members that made the on-time deadline of August 31st and maintain the financial incentive of meeting the on-time deadline.
