Recreation Resource Account is in the Senate Capital Budget, too

Big news yesterday that our number one legislative priority took another big step. Specifically, the Recreation Resource Account, which is the fuel tax money that boaters do not claim in a refund, remained in the Senate Capital Budget. Given that this money was already in the Governor and House Budgets, we are right where we want to be to accomplish this goal.
