New Representative Position Opening – Derema Group Pacific Northwest

Derema Group is seeking a Sales Associate for the Pacific Northwest region. The company is a national sales agency in the marine industry, representing leading brands such as SeaStar Solutions, Xylem (Jabsco/Rule), Marinco/Mastervolt and Starbrite. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, developing new business and assisting our current team in building our manufacturers’ brands in the market. Candidates must have experience in sales, prospecting and account management.  The successful applicant will excel in both written and personal communications, and be competent in managing CRM systems and other business analytics. Marine industry experience and/or boating background are required.  Derema Group supports their sales associates with progressive sales and marketing tools, and a rewarding compensation and benefit plan.
